Daemon are ancient Half-Demons that have lived for many centuries. After a Half-Demon has killed enough innocents and collected their souls the demons of hell deem them worthy of leadership and of Demon Lordship. The difference between a Half-Demon and Daemons though is their intelligence. Since they have lived for so long they have aquired vast knowledge, which many demons are lacking. They are some of the wisest and strongest, which is why they are chosen to lead the armies.
