An Icer is an "alien"-looking creature that is usually white with purply patches on it. Just think Frieza in DBZ. This creature has had its DNA structure even more altered, making them even stranger-looking and possessing even greater powers. (Frieza in DBZ could destroy a planet.) They are quite strong and look like some strange monster.
