Mutant

Mutants are Humans that have had their DNA changed, usually due to strong chemicals or radiation. It alters their genetic code, giving them special abilities not available to a normal Human. They often have strange attributes, such as having three eyes, like Tien in DBZ. Some mutants possess phenomal power but the majority have limited mutation, yet even they possess superhuman strength and abilities.
